The Association of Public Affairs Agencies was launched in May 2012. Individual companies participating in the association are convinced of usefulness of this field and necessity of high professionalism in these activities. In the Czech Republic there are quite a high number of companies dealing with activities of Public Affairs directly or within other activities. We, as representatives of the companies providing professional Public Affairs services, have decided to found a specialized association to represent transparently our field.

The Public Affairs services including professional consultancy, lobbying and advocacy of clients vis-á-vis public administration – are provided by companies all around the world. It is a traditional way of representation and advocacy of client´s interests based on professional approach, perfect knowledge of the problem and communication skills. Its tradition is not long in the Czech Republic, therefore we see as absolutely essential to explain background of this field to the public.

The key objective of the association is the effort to reach higher transparency and professionalism on the market. We created this website to fulfil this aim and enable public to find information about our members as well as about our activities.
